The short version.
The full terms follow below. These are the points that matter most, in a sentence each.
Browse freely
Read, share and enjoy the website. We only ask that you use it lawfully and kindly.
Details may change
Menus, prices and other details can change as we prepare to open. Nothing here is a binding offer.
A message is not a booking
Enquiries and WhatsApp messages are not reservations or orders.
Indian law applies
These terms follow the laws of India, with the courts at Bengaluru.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and every page on it. The website belongs to Annara Café, a brand under Byalal Group Private Limited, a company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Annara Café and Byalal Group Private Limited.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. We have written them in plain language on purpose: if anything is unclear, ask us and we will gladly explain.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse, read, share links to our pages and get in touch with us. We only ask that you use the website lawfully, and in a way that does not harm it, us or anyone else. In particular, please do not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
- interfere with how it works, including by sending automated traffic, spam or malicious code;
- copy or scrape large parts of it, or reuse it for commercial purposes;
- use it to send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or offensive.
We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the website for maintenance, security or any other reasonable reason. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Information on the website
We share Annara while it is still being built: the café, the food culture it draws on, the filter coffee and the gatherings we hope to host. Some of what you read here describes plans and intentions rather than settled facts, and we say so where it matters.
Menus, dishes, prices, opening hours, addresses and other details may change, sometimes at short notice. Nothing on the website is a binding offer to sell you anything, to hold a table for you or to host an event. Photographs show the food culture and the mood we love, so dishes and rooms may look different in person.
Our journal articles about food, coffee and culture are general reading. They are not professional, medical or nutritional advice.
Enquiries and WhatsApp messages
You can send us an enquiry through the form on this website, or start a conversation with us on WhatsApp. Either way, we are glad to hear from you.
An enquiry or a WhatsApp message is not a reservation or an order. It does not create a contract between us, and nothing is booked, held or promised because of it unless we have clearly confirmed it to you in writing.
We reply as soon as we can, though we cannot guarantee a reply time. Please do not send payment details, passwords, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the form or on WhatsApp.
Future online ordering
At present, the website does not take orders, payments, reservations or event bookings. If we later offer online ordering, delivery, pickup, table reservations, gift cards or similar services, they will come with their own terms. We will show you those terms clearly before you use the service, and they will apply alongside these.
Our name, emblem and content
The Annara name, the Annara emblem and wordmark, including their Kannada lettering, and the photographs, video, text, design and layout of this website belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us. They are protected by intellectual property law in India and elsewhere.
You may view the website, share links to it and quote short passages for personal, non-commercial use, with credit to Annara Café. Please do not otherwise copy, reproduce, adapt or use our name, emblem, images or text, or use them in a way that suggests a connection with us, without our written permission.
Your messages and conduct
When you send us a message, an idea for a gathering or examples of your work, you confirm that it is yours to share and that it is not unlawful, misleading, offensive or hurtful to others.
You keep ownership of everything you send. You allow us to read and keep it, and to use it to consider and reply to your message, in line with our privacy notice. If you share an idea, we may already be working on something similar, and we cannot promise to use, credit or pay for an idea we did not ask for unless we agree that with you in writing.
We may choose not to reply to, or to delete, messages that are abusive or unlawful.
Links to other websites
The website links to services run by others, including WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy, and the website of Byalal Group. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability or the way they handle your information, so please read their terms before you use them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and working, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses, and you use it at your own discretion.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, business or opportunity, that arises from using the website, from being unable to use it, or from relying on anything on it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains what we collect when you use the website or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them, or from your use of the website, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Before it ever comes to that, please talk to us. Most things can be settled with a conversation, and we would much rather have one.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Annara grows, for example when the café opens or when we add new services. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Send us a message through the enquiry form or say hello on WhatsApp, and we will reply as soon as we can.
